Panic attack disorders are running absolutely rampant in the U.S. and other parts of the industrialized, modern world. Did you know that over 6 million citizens of the U.S. have some type of panic disorder.

That’s about the size of the entire city of Chicago, most of the suburbs included! That’s a lot of people. And many experts believe that the number is under reported, that there are many more cases.

Why is this so out of control? Simply put our modern society “sets the tables” and invites panic attacks to dinner. Literally, because diet is a huge factor in this disorder.

  • Cut back drastically or eliminate the following: soda pop, hard alcohol, coffee, white flour, refined sugar, and junk food.
  • Eat the following: lean meat, fish, green vegetables, fruits, flax oil, olive oil, avocados, and sweet potatoes.
  • Drink plenty of water – a gallon a day or pure water to start, increase as your body adapts to it.
  • Go walking for 30 minutes 3 -4 times a week, more if you can. Anybody can find the time and energy for this.
