Both of these diets are actually winners in my book, but the one I would recommend first is Fat Loss 4 Idiots. This may come as a surprise to some of you. If you read both reviews below you will notice that I criticized this program for not incorporating a fitness plan into the diet.

Truthfully for long term overall health you need to exercise, but from a pure weight loss standpoint Fat Loss 4 Idiots is spectacular. If you are looking for a FAST way to lose weight that is simple, stress free, and worked for 94% of the people we talked to, this is the diet plan for you.

Calling this an idiot proof diet is not an overstatement, it is hard to fail at this one. The one criticism I have about Fat Loss 4 Idiots is that it will not make you any fitter because they have eliminated the need to exercise.

Obviously the menu that the system creates for you will be tailored to your specific tastes.

Looking at the Fat Loss 4 Idiots sample menu there are a couple of important features you should take note of. First you will notice that Fat Loss 4 Idiots has you eating at least 4 times per day.
